I made a terrible mistake

I misunderstood on the international mailing forms that the declared value should not equal the default insured amount.
As such international customers are being charged an exorbitant amount in customs taxes.
I can either reimburse each international customer this amount or you can return the package to sender and I will re-ship to you with the correct declared amount.
I will reach out to everyone impacted within 48 hours.

If you are outside the USA, you should have received an email from the USPS yesterday with the tracking number sent to the address attached to your Kickstarter account.

I have had some problems and have yet to mail out the international boxes. I will send these out within the next two weeks and will follow-up with a USPS tracking number to each of you individually when I do.
As a more practical apology for the long delay, I will send all of the international backers a free PDF copy of the next Little Feet releases, Oh Rogue is Me / Down the Drain.

Despite another unexpected delay, the international boxes will go out this Saturday and should be to you Canadian, Australian, British, European, and New Zealand folks by the end of the month.

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas from 2KG!
The past week or two has seen many reports from fellow RPG industry companies having lost or missed-in-tracking packages from the USPS, so I decided to wait until next week before shipping our international packages to you. I apologize that they were not received by Christmas, but I want to be sure that you receive them whatsoever and felt that waiting until after the 25th would help miss the Christmas mail craze.
